RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE AS WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALISED ITEMS UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEEMED FAULTY.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, there may be slight variations. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a personalised item.

If there is a problem with a product or an error with your order, please email us immediately at hello@threadavenue.com.au and we will assist you. If we have sent you an incorrect or damaged item, we will send a replacement out to you and take care of return shipping costs at no additional charge. Should an item have a manufacturing fault we will offer a full refund or exchange. 

Thread Avenue handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
 
Customers are responsible for all items until received by Thread Avenue, so please ensure they are packaged properly.

All items need to be in their original condition, tags attached and resalable. All return costs are the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a postal service that insures for the value of the items being returned and provides a tracking number, as we will not be liable for damaged or misplaced incoming deliveries.

All returns will undergo a quality check before a refund or exchange is issued. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not sent back to us or received within 30 days of purchase.
 
Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment and purchase method. All refunds are made at the discretion of Thread Avenue. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your order has been received for your refund to process.
